Before your visit
I am scared of the dentist. Can you help?
Most of our patients said the same on their first visit. Tell us when you book (the form asks), and we go slowly, explain each step and stop whenever you raise a hand. Dr. Lea is especially good with nervous patients.
Will I know the price before treatment?
Yes, always. After the exam you receive a written plan with the price of every step. Nothing starts until you agree.
Can I choose my dentist?
Yes. When two dentists do the same treatment, you pick one when you book, or take whoever is free first.
What is a care plan?
A pack of visits paid once for less per visit: four cleanings, four children's check-ups, or ten aligner check-ins. You book them online like anything else and they are covered automatically.
Do you see emergencies?
Yes, the same day. Book an emergency visit here, or message us on WhatsApp if nothing is free.
How do I pay?
At the clinic, in cash or by Whish. Larger treatments can be paid in stages.
Can I cancel or move my appointment?
Free of charge up to 24 hours before, from the link in your confirmation email.
